Madrasah Admission Guidelines for Guardians
Admission Session
Our madrasah opens admissions every year on the first day of Ramadan for the upcoming academic year. This special month is significant for us, as it symbolizes the start of our admission procedure. We choose this time to coincide with the principles of contemplation, education, and spiritual development.
Admission Process
Eligibility Criteria:
To ensure a seamless admission process, please consider the following eligibility criteria:
- Age Requirement: Students should meet the age criteria specified for each class. Guardians are required to engage in a discussion with the madrasa officials to address any concerns or queries related to this matter.
- Basic Understanding of Arabic: For higher classes, a basic understanding of Arabic may be required.
Admission Procedure:
- If you wish to meet our madrasa principal, please refer to the schedule posted in front of the Reception Desk for interview timings. The Head of Madrasa will conduct interviews with parents.
- Explore our official website www.madrasadarulaman.org to access detailed information about the admission process, courses offered, and important dates.
- Download the official admission form from our website or collect a physical copy from the Madrasah office.
- Fill in the application form with accurate details. Ensure all required documents are attached.
- Submit the completed form to the Madrasa office within the specified time frame.
- Some classes may require students to undergo a simple entrance exam to assess their understanding of basic Islamic knowledge.
- Preliminary selected students will be assessed through 3-5 classes.
- Based on the assessment report, students will be allowed to get the admission.
- Admission formalities to be completed within 5 working days as the seats are limited to 20 only.
- Parents, if desire, may withdraw their children with 100% refund of admission fee only within the 1st month of admission. 50% of admission fee will be refunded if the withdraw is within 2nd month of admission.
- Admission of any student may be cancelled at anytime if found non-adherence with the discipline, punctuality, rules, regulations and instructions of the institution. In that case, no admission fee will be refunded.
- Education is a combined tuned-effort of the students, teachers and parents. If these three components can be synchronized properly, no doubt, your child would be an invaluable asset of the Nation, In Sha Allah.

- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Passport-sized Photographs
- Previous School Transcripts (if applicable)
- Parents’ National ID Card Photocopy
